LOOKING for: Salmon Milase (like at Costco)

Help, I purchased from Costco a salmon filet which had a sauce included which I thought was called Milase (spelling?) It was on the top of the salmon in a small scoop portion. Had butter and fresh dill-- but I could not place the rest of the ingredients. Any help?

You must mean Milanese. It's a way of preparing things with butter, bread crumbs lemon and fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.

Linda, I've seen it and it's definitely not Milanese, but I don't know what the name is.

Scott, I can't eat butter so I haven't tasted the herb butter you're describing. However I would imagine that there might be some garlic along with the dill. Hopefully someone else who's a Costco shopper will come along and describe it better.
