RECIPE: Meatloaf Topping

Thanks, Roselin! I made your recipe last night and its delicious - will be making it over and over again.

I put this on my meatloaf just before putting it in the oven:

topping:

3T brown sugar

1/4 catsup

1 tsp mustard

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Mix all together and spread over meatloaf just before baking.

I think the nutmeg adds a lot to it even though it's such a small amount.
