| Years ago, before our house fire, I had a recipe for Pasta Shells stuffed with frozen chopped spinach, diced ham, parmesan, ricotta or cottage cheese, eggs etc and topped with both a bechamel sauce and a homemade buttery tomato sauce. It was one of the monthy features on a pasta calendar ..... long gone! I have the recipe for the white sauce and the tomato sauce but do not have the exact recipe for the stuffed shells. Do any of you remember seeing a recipe like that? I know I could "fake" it but would love the original! |
