| We feed 50-75 people one day a week for one meal. Meals dont have to be fancy just taste good. Green salad and bread are always present. I have just run out of cost conscious meals to feed a group of people, easy meals would be a bonus. I know there has to be somewhere I can go to find something different but I'm even out of ideas of where to look. |

| I do lunches after funerals and other occasions at our church... I have done meat loaf, lasagna, baked chicken and veggie casserole with a creamy sauce, ham loaf (rather than ham balls....too labor intensive) Chicken salad, ham salad and egg salad. As I am sure you have discovered....the more you make "from scratch" the less the cost. I make salad dressings sauces etc from scratch....buy loaves of French bread and slice for sandwiches....things like that. If you need recipes, give a shout. Linda C |
