Had shrimp remoulade at Ruby Slipper in New Orleans last weekend and would love to know how to make a similar sauce at home. TIA!

I hope this link works. This is great remoulade - I've made it several times and it's delicious. First time I ever had remoulade was at Ralph & Kakoo's in the French Quarter many years ago. Some times I make this exact recipe, other times I just make John Besh's remoulade and roast my shrimp. Enjoy! http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/chilled-shrimp-with-remoulade

Thanks! I was glad to see there's no unusual ingredients that would be hard to find. I'll try this next week & we'll eat it with our beads on.
