LOOKING for: Need help locating a recipe.....

Several years ago I was in a small restaurant in Baxter Springs KS, it was called the Route 66 I believe, and they served a side dish that was called "Hot Baked Potato Salad". I may be wrong about the name and I have googled and cant find anything like it. It was chunky potatoes, with a mustardy sauce and very cheesy. was sooooooo good. Ive tried to copycat it at home and it just doesnt turn out right. Anyone have any ideas, or does this sound familiar? Thanks,

I think I first got this recipe off the back of a bag of shredded cheese. Feel free to add or subtract according to your tastes. Other possibilites to add could be ranch dressing, sour cream, bleu cheese, green onion...
