Recently stumbled across this wonderful, very aromatic light rye loaf. Would like to try baking it at home but have had no luck at all finding a recipe. If someone knows where it or a similar recipe of German, Ukrainian, or Russian origin is available on the net I would be most grateful. |

| From all I can find about it on the web, it's not an herb bread but a light sourdough rye scented with caraway seeds. Found no recipe...but perhaps you could look for a light sourdough rye. Linda C |
