RE: RECIPE: looking for a really good spinach & artichoke dip

Here's what I do....makes a lot!
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, at room temp
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
About 2 T. fresh lemon juice (I just squeeze a half of a lemon)
1 can of artichoke hearts (not marinated)...a 14 oz can
1 10oz pkg of chopped spinach, thawed drained and chopped again
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ( for this the green box is OK)
A couple of shakes of Tabasco if desired....or even more if you like some heat

Mix all together...put into oven safe serving bowl....heat, covered with foil, at 350 until very hot.....about 20 minutes.
Serve with crustades or melba toast...or even tortilla chip dippers.

For variation you can add a couple of cloves of grated garlic and/or some chopped roasted red peppers, you can add a can of drained baby shrimp, or bacon crumbles on top to dress it up...
