| I LOVE Spumoni ice cream made the correct way, but it is hard to find. I would love to try making it IF I had a good recipe.
Does anyone have one? |

| Do you mean made from scratch, starting with eggs and cream? Or do you mean molding it out of pistachio and vanilla and chocolate layered with whipped cream? I have naver made spumoni form scratch but have made a mold with chocolate, rum, whipping cream etc. Linda C |
