| I ended up with a half a can of cooked pumpkin today after making some soup. Does anyone have a T&T recipe for pumpkin muffins? I have a recipe but it makes way too many, and needs a lot of ingredients I don't have on hand.

| Here ya go: PUMPKIN PECAN MUFFINS 1/4 cup oats, quick-cooking (not instant) TOPPING: Heat oven to 400° F. Mix together and fill muffin cups 3/4-full. Mix topping and sprinkle evenly over top of muffins. Bake 20 minutes. |
