LOOKING for: Who has a recipe similar to Furr's Meatloaf

Hi

I have looked all over the net in search of a copycat version of the Furr's cafeteria meatloaf. It has a creole type sauce served over it, and I know there are finely chopped carrots in the loaf. Also, the loaf has a unique taste to it -almost like there is hmmm...nutmeg or something in it? Who can help, I would LOVE to have a recipe like this...thanks....it's the best meatloaf I've ever had.
