I will NEVER have frozen wine in my freezer, LOL, but I would be happy to open a bottle to try this and drink the rest! Actually, we've done something very but always used white wine. I never thought of red wine with pork - thanks.

I have to say, this was really terrible red wine from a Tetrapak, so it wouldn't harm it to freeze it!

I'm with woodie though - need to open a new bottle every time I cook with wine. LOL! Someone actually game me something called a "Wine Saver" for Xmas a couple of years ago - I didn't know what to do with it since we never have any to save! I finally gave it to goodwill..... LOLOLOLOL!
