I'm looking for one of my mom's recipes for pudding frosting. All it had in it was instant Jello pudding, milk and sugar (not powdered). I just don't know the amounts of each. I remember one had to blend it forever, but it was by far, the best frosting! Can anyone help?

I found 2 types of pudding frosting. #1 PUDDING FROSTING 1 c. milk Partially whip heavy cream in bowl - add milk and pudding - continue to whip until thick. Use electric mixer to whip frosting. #2 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding, any flavor Combine pudding, sugar and milk in bowl. Blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cakes and store in refrigerator

I make and love the cool whip and pudding frosting, but do not use powdered sugar.
