These were a hit in a recent potluck I attended. Very easy to assemble and both taste great! The first one, I invented it last minute. Whether it is published, I have no idea.

Small red potatoes cooked, cooled and sliced or diced, depending on preference. Add Ken's Steak House Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing, salt and pepper. (I use coarse pepper). This came out just awesome! I may try bacon bits and or black olives on it next time.

Only 2 ingredients: green cabbage and blue cheese dressing. Best if you can find Marie's or Bob's Big Boy blue cheese dressing. Cut cabbage and slice like you would for coleslaw, mix in the blue cheese dressing. That is it! It is so tasty!
