LOOKING for: Marmalade recipe search

Hello, I am new to the forum, and found it when searching for a shrimp curry recipe.

I am hoping that you can help me to find a recipe for making marmalade.

I had a very old book that I got for signing up for Doubleday book club about 30 years ago, and lost in a move.

It called for one orange, one lemon and one grapefruit.

I think that after you prepared the fruit, you let it set overnight (I think) then measured it the next day and added an equal amount of sugar.

The main thing I remember about this was that after you did all this, you brought it to a boil and then simmered it for X amount of mins. Then turned it off and let it set until the next day. Then you brought it back to the boil etc. You did this for three days before bottling it.

I also remember it as being the best marmalade I had eaten in years.

And I am a Brit lol

If this rings a bell with anyone, I would be happy.
