i made stuffed peppers the other night, and put in tarragon was very mild, and very tasty....

RE: LOOKING for: you all are still so wonderful....vinegar

I'm not sure about flavored vinegars but ever since I discovered on a recipe for lentils that included 2 tablespoons of basalmic vinegar added before serving I am hooked on doing this for all my bean recipes. It adds a very nice complex and slightly sweet taste.

So I'm wondering if basalmic vinegar is so great, would other vinegars work also (but maybe with a slight different taste)?
