| I have done a search on this forum and also the hot pepper forum, and there are hundreds of recipes for chile sauces. However they all seem to be of the 'blow the top of your head off' variety! I am looking for a flavourful but milder sauce that would be suitable for a chicken stir-fry, for example. I have jalapenos, serranos, rocotos, and habaneros. Can anyone suggest a suitable site?
