Thought I would post a much loved chicken wing recipe, just in time for Super Bowl. Don't cover, don't skimp on baking time..

Ann's Chicken Wings

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 lb. margarine
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon honey
Heat all ingredients to melt butter and sugar.

Add as many wings as you like, I like the "drumettes".

Marinate wings 2 hours in refrigerator.

Cook 300 degrees, in sauce, for 3 hours, turning once.
(Do not cover.)

They remind me so much of my mom's 1960 version which was my favorite meal she made..Of course it was V-H spare rib sauce..

Sounds great thanks for sharing.
