RECIPE: Pepper Pretzels

I wanted to share this recipe from my co-worker who gave everyone a bag of these pretzels for Christmas.

1 large box hard pretzels or a 15oz bag
1 cup light cooking oil - she used regular canola oil
1 pkg Knorr "Cracked Pepper" Ranch Dip
1/2 tsp. dillweed
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine oil and all ingredients except pretzels in a large bowl. Mix liquid until creamy. Break entire bag of pretzels in small pieces. Put in bowl, coat pretzels well using large spoon or rubber spatula. Do not put all the salt from the bag in the bowl. (Hint - Let liquid stay on pretzels to soak in for a few minutes - stirring often to coat. Drizzling the liquid in cracks of pretzels to soak a bit. Then bake)
Pour onto large cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 5 minutes then stir a bit. Bake a few minutes longer. Remove from oven and let rest. Then eat and enjoy!!
