LOOKING for: Pizza recipe from Breadman pro manual

Does someone have a delicious pizza dough recipe that makes just one large pizza? Also, if you have a great

chicken/ garlic pizza recipe, I'd love to have that as well. Thank you, so much.

RE: LOOKING for: Pizza recipe from Breadman pro manual

When I first started making pizza at home, I used a cookie sheet and a recipe that used 3 cups of flour - is that the size you're looking for? Look at the Artisanal Pizza Dough thread on this forum for a couple of dough recipes to get you started.

I make a chicken and garlic pizza using Ranch dressing mixed with pressed garlic for the sauce. I make the dressing from the packet using light mayonnaise and whole milk so it's more of a dip consistency, then add fresh garlic. We like it with chopped cooked chicken breast, diced tomatoes and sliced green onions.

I've also read that some people use a premade Alfredo sauce for the base, but I've never tried it.

Hope this gives you a starting point :-)
