How do you refresh bagels and baguette loafs?

Use the "Reheat" mode at 300 degrees F for a 9 minute duration. It will fill the oven with steam for the first 6 minutes. The last 3 minutes will be spent drying out the interior and raising the temperature up to 300 degrees F.
