Bottom Layer
10 Tablespoons (1 stick + 2 Tbsp/5 ounces) butter, melted
Top Layer
Middle Layer
For the Bottom Layer:

For the Middle Layer:
Sprinkle the Top Layer evenly over the blueberry mixture. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is golden, and the edges are starting to brown. Let cool in pan on a wire rack. Store in a cool place or refrigerate. Bars may also be frozen. Just Peachy Blueberry Breakfast Bars:

| jacki, these sound really good and I have a ton of blueberries in my freezer. I pick at a local u-pick for 70 cents a pound and always manage to pick 40 or 50 pounds throughout the season. I'll definitely be making these, my granddaughter would love them. Dessert for breakfast, what a perfect idea! Annie |

| they appear to be almost like coffee cake. I can't say that they are similar in taste, but the consistency would probably be about the same. If you go to the link provided, the creator of the recipe has written a lot about them and how they came to be :) |
