I am looking for recipes that call for potato flour or potato starch. The only one I have is for English Muffins. I would very much appreciate knowing how you use potato flour, expecially a good potato bread recipe. Thanks in advance.

Try the King Arthur site. I've not had a bad recipe from that site.
Here is a link that might be useful: King Arthur

Thanks for the suggestion, but they have only the one recipe that calls for potato flour, although they do sell potato flour. That is where I got the one recipe I have. They have lots of recipes calling for instant potatoes, but that isn't quite the same thing as flour.

Use your old recipes and substitute potato flour. Below is a table of substitutions. 3/8 of a cup of potato flour equals 1 cup of white flour 1- 3/8 cups barley flour for 1 cup white flour

What I've done is just substitute some of the regular flour with potato flour.
