I remember seeing this recipe ages ago -- posted by Linda in Tennessee. Can anyone help me?

I have no idea if this is the recipe that was posted, but it is a recipe for Boursin Chicken and it does contain nuts. :)

That sounds very similar to the one I have that I was looking at for tomorrow night's dinner...mine is from the new cookbook I received for Christmas...the new one from my favourite series The Best Of Bridge Cookbooks...this one is called Bravo! Best Of Bridge Cookbook...the recipe is called Cheese and Walnut-Stuffed Chicken Breasts...it calls for the Boursin cheese...ingredients are the same as the other ones posted here, just different measurements.

I made this last night and have to say I was disappointed with it...thought the flavours would be great, but actually found it bland...is that strange or what!
