I'd like to use your Blue Cheese Dressing recipe as a spread for crackers. Would adding less buttermilk make it the right consistency? |

| Never thought of using it as a spread but it should work fine using less buttermilk. Post how you liked it (or not, LOL) that way. |

| You could try using powdered buttermilk for part of the amount instead of liquid...that way you'll still have the nice buttermilk flavor without thinning it too much. |
