Is it million dollars due to the amount of acerage? That is often the case around here with an old farm house and a pole barn not as nice as that one.

I love that there is a nice new car for everyday, a great old car for fun, and a tractor and disc for work: all getting equal space in the post-and-beam carport attached to the mid-century ranch home. I love that it's a home for a Renaissance man (or woman).

We park our tractor in the garage. :-)

I think the poster is saying that the picture seems to tell a lot about the people that own the house.

It requires a little imagination but I also find the picture more interesting than the usual real estate photo.

I think the point of the photo was the dichotomy represented by the new car and old tractor.

Likely the tractor is worth more than the old car, but it does not appear all that large so the new car may beat it.

If it was a very large tractor it would easily beat the car.

Think 8 equal diameter drive wheels, all wheel drive and an articulated frame(joint the middle).

They are VERY expensive pieces of equipment
