| I'm working on a proposed short sale with B of A right now, & the only advice I can give you is: 1. Be patient. 2. Put everything in writing, & put the loan number on every single page you fax to them. I wish you the best. |

| Ensure that you have an out with return of earnest money should BofA delay. Banks are not good at short sales so it takes forever. Why not wait for the home, or another home, to go into foreclosure? Better deal and quicker process. |
