This house has been on market for over 3 years..Apparently the market for Big Buck homes is nil

I dont think its so much the market for high end homes that is suffering. Eddie Murphy also has a house in my area on the market for 3 years. The house is VERY OVERPRICED and has been. Lots of other high end homes are selling. Some less than 30 days on the market, his continues to sit there.
