This (was) one of the largest remaining non-depository mortgage banks in the space. Looks like Colonial is going down with them (not sure who fell off the cliff first, but they are tethered together.)

Their removal from the pool will immediately shunt a large portion of dealflow to the remaining players... slowing down and further complicating an already uncertain & headachey timeframe & process.
