Quick Example of Why Not to Trust Zillow

I have a rental listed on MLS and the weird thing is that it's a condo with multiple units, so they must have it wrong for the entire complex.

Here's what Zillow says, and what I have posted in MLS:

Parking: Garage
- no garage, or carport - you get one reserved parking space and you can imagine how many people want a rental condo with a garage, I can tell you LOTS because I own one in the only complex I know with garages

Laundry: In Unit, Shared
- shared in unit? What the heck does that mean? No, you have to use the coin-op laundry room on the first floor like everyone else

Furnished: Unknown
- MLS: unfurnished

Cable Ready: Unknown
- not an MLS entry, but since the rent includes cable, then you'd assume it was cable ready, no?

Zillow says there is a Pool
- there is no pool

Utilities Included: None
- Except for cable, garbage, grounds maintenance, water, sewer, as listed on MLS

Okay, so having to field a bunch of phone calls and emails from Zillow leads that are totally misleading, is a PITA.

Anyone know how to fix it? I told the owner that he'd have to go to Zillow himself as the "owner" and get them to fix it, but is there a better way?
