qdwag, I tried to respond to your comment on the other thread, but it wouldn't take. I live in Maplewood. The Midtown direct train makes the town desirable to many who live in Brooklyn and NYC. Friends around the corner sold their house recently in about 3 weeks for close to asking. Another neighbor, whose house needs TLC, has not sold. Your mileage may vary.

If you want to respond a second time to the same post, you need to adjust the title of the thread. I just click the space bar to change it a little bit and then I can make a second posting.
