Inspection after contingency period....

I am selling my home (without a realtor) and the buyer's contingency period for inspection expired a week ago. If they ask me to still do an inspection do I still have to allow them to? I don't see this anywhere in my contract. I don't expect any issues to come up but if it does and they walk away from the deal (and lose deposit) I would have lost the other buyer that had put in an offer and I would have been losing time during the summer months which are high selling periods here. I'm just ready for this to be over and move on.

You don't need a realtor to sell/buy ... but you should be using a lawyer to protect your interests in any major transaction.

Why haven't they done the inspection?
What's the next contingency or "date" in the contract?
