| I am in a situation that will involve either selling or renting a property and would like some input from all of you.
I'm just not sure if that is allowed, because most of what I am needing to find out involves the rental sides of the transaction. Thought I would ask before posting my questions. Thanks |

| I have arranged with a Realtor to have my house listed on the MLS. In the listing it will say house is for sale or rent. This is a house I've been renting for the past 10 years, but it's vacant right now, and I am working on the house along with a handyman. I would prefer to sell, but it's not the most active time of year. I need to either liquidate, or have the rental income, one or the other, it's simply not an option for the house to sit vacant for months on end. So I have decided to rent or sell by 9/1, whichever comes first. |
