I bought a home that I LOVE, but I am looking for a little more space.

Here are the details

The home was bank owned and I bought it for 550K (all cash)

The home is the only home ever to sell below 1,000,000 in the neighborhood and I was ecstatic!

In 2008 it sold for 1,200,000. The home had no appliances and needed a pool renovation.

My kitchen has Wolf and Sub Zero and the pool is 'up to snuff'

The house is in a gated community.

3,155 sq ft. 3 beds 4 baths

3 car garage .32 acres

The home appraised for 1,400,000 about a week ago (Hired someone)

Do you think I should list it at 1,200,000?

The house I want is in the same neighborhood listed at 2,400,000
