Everything's going along swimmingly-- inspections and water tests came back perfect on our new farm and the gpm for the well was much better than we had been told. Got the water quality test back today and it looks great.

It's a definite downsize in terms of house and will be a bit of a squeeze for us, but the property is just stunning. The kids have discovered numerous mature fruit trees and about 1/4 acre of solid plums, dubbed Plum Forest.

It's been quite a roller coaster these last six weeks but we're enormously pleased and very excited for the move at the end of the month!
