I don't know if it is just for Realtors, but Postlets is a good way to go. After you create the Postlet it will automatically go onto dozens of websites, and you can embed it in Craigslist ads.

Valray ... Postlets says you can "Create a professional Craigslist ad with a simple copy and paste of the HTML text we provide.

So create it there and copy and paste to your own website. Or to your local Craigslist.

It's lovely, the current template is quite sufficient I'd say, and I think your house will have no trouble selling (LOVE your bath and yard).

You probably should include photos of the other two bedrooms.

Also: what type of stove do you have - does the property have natural gas piped to it?
