So, after the offer of 290 we countered with a 5k price drop and a take it or leave it offer of 310 (original price 314,900). I guess we effectively called their bluff as they agreed and we're going forward. Their house is set to close June 2, so our closing will be around then. Thanks for all the advice and encouragement, now to find our baby farm!
