Celebrities struggle with home sales TOO!!!!

Eddie Murphy has slashed the price of his Bubble Hill home in Englewood, New Jersey yet again. The home, originally listed at $30 million, dropped to $22 million in 2007, then to $14.99 million last year, and now to $12.75 million - a total drop in price of $17 million, according to The Star Ledger.

The home, where Murphy lived with ex-wife Nicole and their five children, features eight bedrooms, eight full baths and four half baths, a music recording studio, a raquetball court, a bowling alley and a children's gym.

Russel Simmons and ex-wife Kimora Lee Simmons have also cut the price of their Saddle River, New Jersey home. The 35,000-square-foot mansion, originally on the market for $23.8 million, has been relisted at $13.9 million.

The home includes 10 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor swimming bools, a movie theater and an ornate formal salon.
