So, some of you may have read in my posts that we went and looked at a tiny farm that had been on the market 200 days. The day we saw it the sellers accepted an offer so we were out of luck and I was so disappointed. However, today my husband got an email from the sellers' agent saying the original offer is a usda loan and it becoming a pain, so they'd like us to submit a backup offer since they'd prefer something less complicated. I'm trying not to get too excited but looks like maybe we'll have a chance after all!
