| You had a list of questions to ask during interviewing a Realtor. I can't find it and would love to reread it now that I'm close to listing the house.

| Thank you, I couldn't find it but was typing something else. I wonder how important Virtual Tours are? I rarely look at them myself, and wonder if that costs extra money. Jane |

| Jane, I was going to pay for my own pro pics and priced it from as low as $100 up to about $300. This included different types of virtual tours. I looked at them when they were available on houses I was interested in. I think that for a house like you have with the various trees/gardens you have, a virtual tour would be nice. It would be even nicer if they could add some of your personal photos to it. |
