| Sellers: With National Open House weekend this Saturday and Sunday, I was wondering if anyone's realtor has asked them to participate?
Ours asked last night, for Sunday only. Talk about short notice! Are you going to do both days, or just one? Or do you think it's a waste of time? Buyers: Are you going to be checking out homes this weekend? |

| Had no idea there was such a thing. I often go to open houses to see what is on the market, but I am not a buyer. Your serious buyers will have an agent and make an appt. |
