| We just put our house on the market and am curious how do people get interest besides the MLS listing? |

| Keep the outside spotless, make sure the sign is in a good location so anybody driving by knows it's your place for sale and not the neighbors. Make sure your house pictures on the MLS are up to date and are of good quality. Spread the word to all your friends and work pals that you are selling. Somebody may know somebody who is looking. Word of mouth is often the best way. |

| Did you list with a realtor? If so, they should be marketing your home through various online outlets (zillow, trulia, realtor, craigslist), and through some offline aspects as well (realtor tours of your property, direct mailing to buyers on their database). Did you put this property for sale by owner? |
