| Just curious if anyone offers incentives for buying their home? |

| The best incentive is a low price. I've seen people offer things like new trucks and cruises - it doesn't work. Price is what sells homes. |

| The past year has seen many buyers become creative in how they sell their home. Ultimately it is the price that will be the biggest incentive to a buyer, although many sellers do not (or can not) lower their price any further. One of my neighbors was selling her house and giving away her new corvette. And well, it took almost a year to sell (she ended up lowering the price). |
