| We were going to list our house April 15th and we have been working with an agent for 18 mos while we bought our 'new' house. The 'new' house will be ready to move into in about 5-6 months.
Our agent made a family decision to stay home with the kiddos, so I am looking for a new agent!!! She referred someone, and she will be on my short list, but I need others! I saw the checklist that was listed on this forum and I will use that to interview agents, but how do you go about finding others to interview? Our old one would have held an agents open house and had a stager walk through....need more help with this also. We are in Carmel, IN....suburb of Indianapolis. Thanks!

| Call the brokers (senior agents and possibly owners) of the big co's - Remax, Century 21, etc. etc. and talk to them about your concerns - see who you like the sound of best in terms of what they'll do, when, how and for how much. |

| I actually live in Indianapolis, and I know a great realtor who's done a lot of work on the north side. I can email you his information if you want? |

| Thank you Lucy and Karen..... Karen, please email his info to me. Can you tell me a little about him when you email me? Lucy, how do I know who is a broker and who is an agent? Melissa |
