| Where does one view homes available for purchase that are going to be auctioned, or are in foreclosure, or in other situations that are not the "regular" mls-type listing?
This will be our first cash purchase, and I don't know how to look for homes that are being repossessed, etc. My desired geographical area is undetermined. |

| I think there are Realtors that specilize in this type of sale. I have seen ads in the larger cities. Check the RE section of your paper and/or phone book. |

| Foreclosures are on realtor.com They are listed along with all of the other homes for sale. Homes that are being auctioned are usually on individual websites of auction companies. They would not be on realtor.com |

| I think www.realtytrac.com specializes in this. Last time I wanted to browse it a couple of years ago, there was a small fee to access detailed info. |
|
| M & T Bank has a nearly useless list of foreclosed house, but I would recommend the auctions, their honesty level is generally high. |
