| Hi-
It seems like the market here is really hot right now. We live outside of Philadelphia. Two neighbors just sold their houses and one needed 50k worth of work and was a short sale! We are going to get our house re-listed ASAP. Is anyone else experiencing a hot market right now? |

| Our local market is perking up right now. A couple of people I know found buyers in January. The inventory of new homes has been going down in my neighborhood. At least three of the builder homes have sold in the past month or so. Construction hasbegun on four new homes. |
