Good luck! How is your market? I'm in a town with top rated schools in the LA area and prices are close to being back to peak 2006 prices. Not much inventory and many homes are selling over list with multiple offers. Crazy!

the LA market is crazy right now - with inventory so low. not the same for us out on the east coast. while the market has picked up (although not to its peak) there is ton of new construction which makes it even more difficult to sell my ten year old home. we will lose money for sure, just not sure how much...

Well this weekend didn't go very well. One buyer cancelled b/c of weather. Another buyer came and went in five minutes (my house is 5,000 square feet - you can't even see the whole thing in five minutes - they knew what it looked like before the came, lots of pics and floor plan online - what a waste of everyone's time!!!)
There are just not enough buyers in the price range of my house - the question is do we lower the price (and when) or do we wait it out...
