We have a treed lot in a neighborhood in Sylacauga, AL. How do we go about finding a qualified listing agent that will represent us well and actively promote the lot?

We just signed with a listing agent for our house in VA and interviewed a few people in person to get a feel for them. But I feel so remote from the lot and the only thing I can think of is looking at Realtor.com to see names of agents on current land listings.

Any ideas?
