americana thread

I'm desperately searching for Americana Thread 100% cotton glaced thread. I've searched online and called area quilting stores and nobody has it or seems to know what it is. Can't remember where I found the stuff I had, but I'm out and need the color. Does anybody know where I can find it? Thanks!

RE: americana thread

You said 'need the color' but didn't mention what the color is. Do you mean the red/white/blue variegated one? I googled Americana Thread and this is what I found.

Here is a link that might be useful: Americana Thread

RE: americana thread

I use this for hand quilting, (it's not for machine sewing) they always have it at Joanne's but it is never in the thread department, it is always in one of the bins at the end of the fabric rows, it's always very cheap and may be mixed in with other items.
