Secret Santa Package Received

| I came back from a weekend away to find a nice surprise. My package from my Secret Santa had arrived! It says on the outside, "Do not open until December" so I didn't. I put it over in the corner beside a chair because we won't have a tree to put it under and I won't see it all the time and be tempted. Luckily, I got another package that I could open, my wonderful thread sets from Connecting Threads.
Has anyone else received her/his package yet? I'm still working on things for my SS recipient. I'm also wondering when in December we can open our presents.

| Was the shipper's identity hidden? Is it truly a surprise or do you now know who your secret santa is? I haven't sent mine yet so I'm not sure how sneaky I'm to be. |

| My package has a return address with name. It didn't have my SS's forum name on the outside and I have made no effort to try to guess who it is based on the name and address on outside, assuming it is my SS's. I could make some guesses and check out MyPage of the guesses but I'm not going to. Just adds to my fun and anticipation for opening my present. |

No one will ever know when any one of us opens our surprise gift. Not sure if we'll put up a tree this year if no kids will be here. I doubt that I could wait very long to open my swap gift!
I almost have my surprise gift ready to send to my pal. It is surely fun to do. |

This is a fun swap.....my package is out and on its way.....a bit early but it was ready to I wanted to get it in the mail - but cant tell you who it is for...thats a secret 'smile'

I have mailed mine, too. I hope everything makes it there OK. Packing some of it was a challenge. :O)

| Got home this afternoon for lunch and picked up my mail....there it was .... a box from my Secret Santa! Yikes! Now I have to wait for "opening day" ... do we have any ideas on that score? Haven't sent mine out yet, but it will probably go out by the end of the month. Shall we select a date for everyone to open their gifts? That way we can post thanks and photos of our goodies. How about mid-December, perhaps on a Sunday afternoon? Any other thoughts on that? Odessa p.s. Thanks, Santa! I can't wait to open my box. |
